Hoy el tiempo repite el feliz día
en que grato a la tierra le dio el Cielo
vestida de un hermoso frágil velo
el alma que inmortal le merecía.

Desde el la siempre amada prenda mía
daba premisas al común desvelo
advertidos temores al recelo
que indigna prevención le prevenía.

Si anticipa a la edad las sujeciones
y a tantos rendimientos debe palmas
esta de su beldad línea primera.

Quien resistir podrá más perfecciones
si aurora fue el incendio de las almas
que hará sol en el auge de la esfera.
