Luz en cuyo esplendor el alto coro
con vibrante fulgor está apurado,
de dulces rayos bello ardor sagrado,
do enriqueció Eufrosina su tesoro;

Ondoso cerco que purpura el oro,
de esmeraldas y perlas esmaltado
y en sortijas lucientes encrespado,
a quien me inclino humilde, alegre adoro;

cuello apuesto, serena y blanca frente,
gloria de amor, gentil semblante y mano,
que desmaya la rosa y nieve pura,

es esta por quien fuerzo el mal presente
que pruebe su furor, y siempre en vano
aventajar intento mi ventura.
