Por esta faz, por esta bella mano
que tan impresa está en el alma mía,
por estos ojos que hicieron vía
dentro en mi corazón a aquel tirano,

por esta boca que igualar en vano
a cosa terrenal presumiría,
y por este color que me desvía,
mirando su beldad, del ser humano,

por esta vaga frente que refrena,
ornada del color de estos cabellos,
el vano desear cuando más ciego,

juro que otra beldad no me da pena,
y llamo en testimonio de mí y de ellos,
el cielo, el aire, el mar, la tierra, el fuego.
