Aires suaves, que mirando atentos
escucháis la ocasión de mis cuidados,
mientras que la triste alma acompañados
con lágrimas os cuentan sus tormentos,
así alegres veáis los elementos,
y en lugares do estáis enamorados
las hojas y los ramos delicados
os respondan con mil dulces acentos.
De lo que he dicho aquí, palabra fuera
de entre estos valles salga, a do sospecha
pueda jamás causarme aquella fiera.
Yo deseo callar, mas ¿qué aprovecha?
que la vida, que ya se desespera,
para tanto dolor es casa estrecha.
