Cierto escogí bien peligrosa vía

Mas tomar tanto gusto en muerte ajena,
contra tanta humildad tal aspereza,
y obras a muerte tan enderezadas,

sin dar jamás alivio a tanta pena,
ved vuestras manos, que de tal fiereza
por fuerza se han de ver ensangrentadas.
