También yerran los astros, Celia mía,
pues con ímpetu justo, aunque violento,
para tu indignación y mi tormento
despertaron tu hermosa tiranía.
En fe de la suprema simpatía
que turbó con su fuerza mi escarmiento,
este, que te parece atrevimiento,
influjo fue primero que osadía.
Una estrella te inclina hacia mis males,
otra me persuade esta locura,
y ambas se alumbran con tus luces bellas.
Templa pues los rigores celestiales,
o enmiéndame, si puede tu hermosura
corregir el secreto a las estrellas.
