¡Cuitado yo! ¿De cuál furor perdido,
olvido el sentimiento mejor mío?
al peligroso error y desvarío
por do voy, ¿a do vuelo aborrecido?
El orgullo de austro embravecido,
el cielo oscuro y solo y horror frío
no me ponen temor; que al fin porfío,
y venzo la razón con el sentido.
No cierro yo los ojos a mi daño:
que quien me tiene opreso no consiente
que merezca en mi mal hallar disculpa.
Delito es voluntario, no es engaño;
pero sí es; que en voluntad doliente
siempre amor da ocasión a nueva culpa.
